Our three campgrounds located within Grand Teton National Park provide the ideal camping location for your interest. Close to Jackson, nestled in the woods along Jackson Lake or at the base of the towering Teton Range, these natural settings provide an outdoor experience in three separate areas of the Park.

Colter Bay Campground is one of the many facilities located at Colter Bay Village on the banks of Jackson Lake. With 350 individual sites and 11 group camping sites, there is plenty of space to enjoy. Nestled in a forest setting, the campground provides easy access to hiking trails around Jackson Lake. Sites can accommodate tents or self-contained RV’s, however hook-ups are not available. Restrooms are located on-site with shower facilities available nearby at the Colter Bay Village Launderette for a small fee. All sites have a picnic table and fire ring. A maximum of six people and two vehicles are allowed per individual site. Group sites can be reserved for 10 – 100 people up to one year in advance by calling the Grand Teton Lodge Company Reservation Office. Space is available on a first come basis and reservations are not taken for individual camp sites. Colter Bay RV Park has 112 RV sites. Advanced reservations are available for the RV Park only.
Directions: From
Jackson, take Hwy 89 North to the town of Moran. Enter at the Moran entrance gate for Grand Teton National Park. Proceed 10 miles and make a left at the Colter Bay Village turnoff. Proceed to the four-way stop sign and make a right.

Gros Ventre Campground is surrounded by cottonwood trees on the banks of the Gros Ventre River and just 12 miles from the town of Jackson. You will find an ideal vantage point for early morning photos of the entire Grand Teton Mountain Range from this location. Although you may enjoy relaxing in this remote area of the valley, the conveniences of shopping and dining in Jackson are just a short drive away. Be on the look out for bison – they enjoy this area of the Park the best! The campground boasts 350 individual camping sites and 5 group areas all with individual picnic tables and a fire ring. Bring your tent or enjoy the area with a self-contained camper or RV. Sites are large enough for a variety of camping needs; however hook-ups are not available. Restroom facilities are located on-site. The nearest shower facilities within the park are at Colter Bay Village Launderette for a small fee. Please note a maximum of six people and two vehicles are allowed per individual site. Group sites can be reserved for 10-75 people up to one year in advance by calling the Grand Teton Lodge Company Reservation Office. Space is available on a first come basis and reservations are not taken for individual camp sites.
Directions: From Jackson, take Hwy 89 North toward Grand Teton National Park. At the junction of Kelly there will be a sign for the town of Kelly and the Gros Ventre Campground. Turn right and take the road approximately 4 miles. Campground will be on your right.

Jenny Lake Campground, named one of the top 40 campgrounds in North America is located at the base of the Teton Mountain Range with dramatic views of the peaks. This small campground fills quickly, often before lunch time. This is a tent-only camping area. With just 50 sites for camping and 10 for hikers, the setting is lush and provides wonderful views. All vehicles must be less than 8 feet in height and no more than 14 feet in length. RV’s and campers are prohibited from this location. Please note, this location does not allow generators. Each site has a picnic table and fire ring; flush toilet restroom facilities are located within the campground. The nearest shower facilities within the Park are located at Colter Bay Village Launderette for a small fee. Advance reservations are not taken for Jenny Lake Campground, so it is recommended that you come early for a site. If space is not available, Colter Bay Campground or Gros Ventre are the next most likely spaces to find a campsite.
Directions: From Jackson, take Hwy 89 North to the Moose Junction. Make a right at this junction and proceed ahead through the entrance gates into Grand Teton National Park. From the gates it is approximately 6 miles to the Jenny Lake recreational area. Make a left into this area and stay to the right watching for signs to the campground
